About The Team
The Product Management Competitive Intelligence team provides actionable insights to the live service organization, supporting PM and informing development decisions. This work is part of the broader Product Management team, which offers retention and monetization guidance for live and pre-launch titles to maximize business performance, while ensuring product governance at every stage of development.
As a Product Management Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in analyzing market and game data, studying competitor titles, and reporting on industry trends that help shape product decisions.
What You’ll Do:

Perform analysis on game data sets, including gathering, processing, and developing insights.

Analyze competitive games’ market and design properties as part of team projects.

Report on video game industry trends and provide findings to stakeholders.

Practical skills in working with spreadsheets, data tools, and analysis methods.

What We’re Looking For:
-
Current enrollment in an accredited university Undergraduate degree in a related field such as Business, Product/Project Management, Production, or Game Development, with graduation expected between December 2026 and Spring 2027.

Strong knowledge of the video game landscape, especially live service games.

Comfort working with spreadsheets and data.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and partners.

Strong organizational skills, with attention to tracking, follow-up, and confidentiality.

Goal-oriented mindset with dedication to high standards, even when facing challenges.
Eligibility:

Students with expected graduation between December 2026 and Spring 2027 from an accredited university. Undergraduate

Able to work during one of the following periods: May 18th - August 7th or June 15th - September 4th. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Must be available for the entire 12-week internship period.

Our intern positions offer a fixed hourly pay rate. Please note that the pay rate is exclusive to the internship period and may not reflect what pay may look like following the completion of an internship.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
