Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow client relationships, ensuring engagements are built on trust, transparency, and measurable value.
  • Identify and shape opportunities to extend projects into sustained partnerships aligned with client needs and ustwo’s strengths.
  • Partner with relevant functions such as Delivery, Strategy, Technology, and Product leads to co-create proposals and roadmaps that are commercially viable and strategically impactful.
  • Manage account profitability, margin health, and forecasting to ensure work contributes meaningfully to studio and company goals.
  • Lead strategic account planning, mapping client priorities to ustwo’s offerings and ensuring strong account health.
  • Bring consultative partnership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management expertise to client engagements and team collaboration.
  • Leverage experience in sectors such as, but not limited to, Healthcare, Finance, Energy, Education, or Media to shape relevant solutions and client strategies.
  • Drive engagement strategies that focus on measurable outcomes for end users and our clients’ businesses.
  • Contribute to ustwo’s marketing initiatives through thought leadership, client case studies, PR opportunities, or public speaking engagements.
  • Contribute to evolving ustwo’s ways of working, culture, and commercial approaches, particularly in emerging areas like AI.
  • Actively build and maintain a relevant professional network to stay close to market shifts and client needs.
  • Support business development by helping to identify, qualify, and nurture new opportunities globally.
  • Collaborate as part of a global Client Partner team, ensuring consistency of approach, smooth handovers, and best-practice sharing across regions.

About You

  • Tenured experience in client services, account management, lead generation, networking or digital consultancy, with a proven track record of growing high-value client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in account planning, margin management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Adept at shaping opportunities in ambiguous contexts, translating evolving client needs into meaningful work.
  • You have experience partnering with organizations that are shaping the future through technology, from startups to established digital product companies, and understand how to navigate fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
  • Skilled communicator and negotiator, able to build credibility with senior stakeholders and guide complex conversations.
  • Experienced in mentoring and coaching peers, and passionate about creating a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
  • Experience using commercial performance tools such as CRC scores and Pipedrive, and contributing to revenue forecasting through data-informed planning.
  • Experience working within or alongside vertical industries such as Healthcare, Finance, Energy, Education, or Media.
  • Demonstrated contribution to company marketing efforts through authored content, case study development, event participation, or speaking engagements.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
