Business Development Feasibility Coordinator
Client: JCCT
Department: Business Development
Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Must provide significant overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST/EDT), including full business-hour overlap during the first 60 days
About the Role
UniTriTeam is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Feasibility Coordinator to support our client, JCCT, with clinical trial feasibility activities.
This role sits within Business Development and is responsible for helping move clinical trial opportunities efficiently through the feasibility process. The position is approximately 70% data entry, questionnaire completion, and tracking and 30% communication, collaboration, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple systems and questionnaires, and able to manage competing deadlines without losing accuracy. Just as importantly, this person will work with multiple internal stakeholders to gather information, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure feasibility questionnaires are completed accurately and on time.
Clinical research experience is strongly preferred but not required for a candidate with excellent data management, coordination, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Feasibility Questionnaire & Data Management – Approximately 70%
- Complete and maintain clinical trial feasibility questionnaires accurately and within required timelines.
- Enter, update, and validate feasibility information across sponsor/CRO portals, internal systems, spreadsheets, trackers, and other platforms.
- Review questionnaires and requests to identify required information and ensure submissions are complete.
- Gather and consolidate site-specific information needed to respond to feasibility opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming feasibility requests, due dates, submission status, follow-up requirements, and outcomes.
- Perform quality checks to identify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information before submission.
- Maintain reusable site information and historical feasibility data to improve the efficiency and consistency of future responses.
- Support Business Development reporting and tracking related to feasibility activity and opportunities.
- Handle a high volume of detailed administrative work while maintaining accuracy and organization.
Communication, Collaboration & Project Coordination – Approximately 30%
- Serve as a coordination point between Business Development and other teams involved in completing feasibility questionnaires.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to obtain required information and clarify questionnaire responses.
- Establish and manage timelines for feasibility questionnaires from receipt through completion.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding information to keep submissions on schedule.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, dependencies, and open items across multiple feasibility opportunities simultaneously.
- Escalate potential delays, missing information, or other risks before they affect submission deadlines.
- Provide clear status updates to Business Development and other stakeholders.
- Participate in internal meetings related to feasibility opportunities and help coordinate follow-up actions.
- Build productive working relationships across teams and help create a responsive, collaborative feasibility process.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will combine strong attention to detail with strong follow-through and communication skills. This is not a traditional sales role. It is a Business Development support role for someone who enjoys organizing information, completing detailed work, coordinating across teams, and making sure opportunities continue moving forward.
Required Qualifications
- Strong data-entry skills with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience coordinating work across multiple individuals or departments.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders and drive tasks to completion.
- Comfort working in spreadsheets, databases, online portals, and other business systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining consistent communication with the team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to investigate missing or conflicting information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in clinical research, clinical trials, research site operations, CROs, or a related healthcare environment.
- Experience completing or supporting clinical trial feasibility questionnaires.
- Familiarity with clinical research terminology, protocols, sponsors, CROs, and research site operations.
- Previous Business Development, project coordination, or project management experience.
- Experience working with CRM, CTMS, or similar tracking systems.
- Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven workflows.
Schedule Requirements
Because this role requires frequent collaboration with U.S.-based teams, the successful candidate must be able to provide at least 5–6 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours each working day.
For the first 60 days, full overlap with the client's Eastern Time business hours will be required to support onboarding, training, relationship building, and process familiarization.
After the initial 60-day period, the schedule may transition to the standard 5–6 hours of required Eastern Time overlap based on performance and client needs.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means:
- Feasibility questionnaires are completed accurately and on time.
- Data entered into systems and questionnaires is complete and reliable.
- Deadlines and outstanding items are proactively tracked rather than reactively managed.
- Internal stakeholders know what information is needed and when it is due.
- Business Development has clear visibility into the status of each feasibility opportunity.
- Potential delays and missing information are identified early and escalated appropriately.
- The feasibility process becomes increasingly organized, consistent, and efficient over time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You may be a strong fit for this role if you are the person who naturally keeps a team organized. You enjoy detailed work, but you are also comfortable reaching out to people, asking for missing information, following up on deadlines, and keeping multiple workstreams moving.
You don't need to be a salesperson, but you should understand that the quality and speed of the feasibility process directly support Business Development and the organization's ability to win new clinical trial opportunities.
