Do you excel in fast-paced food environments where exceptional customer service and attention to detail is a must? We’d love to have you as a Food Runner! In this role, you’ll support our Servers in our top-tier food and beverage service to guests and play an important role in creating memorable experiences for everyone at our resort.
This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 4/1/26 and work through end of season on or around 10/31/2026. As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next. Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays.
Compensation
- $15 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

Essential Job Functions
- Assist servers by delivering and refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and promptly resolving any guest requests, contributing to a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain beverage levels in glasses/cups on table at least ¾ full at all times. (coffee, tea, soda, lemonade, and water).
- Keep all work areas clean and properly stocked according to the current meal period.
- Keep all tables cleaned and properly set according to property specific standards.
- Break down trays of soiled dishes and linen in the dishroom area according to established standards.
- Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to an established side-work checklist.
- Assist in answering the phone in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
Skills + Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is preferred.
- Experience working in the food service industry or other customer service setting is highly preferred.
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
- Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.
Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements
- Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of resort settings including pool service areas, bars, restaurants, etc — often in varying weather conditions.
- We’re in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require flexibility to support this.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
