Are you looking to have fun this season while helping our guests enjoy their vacation? Join us as a Shop Attendant! In this role, you’ll provide excellent guest experiences helping with registrations / check-ins, answering questions about the resort, collecting payments and point of sale transactions for the resort. We need someone with a vibrant personality who genuinely loves assisting people and creating memorable experiences.
This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 3/10/2026 and work through end of season on or around 10/31/2026. As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.
Compensation
- $15 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

Essential Job Functions
- Promptly greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Complete guest registration process, issue unit badges and parking permits,and provide resort information and area attractions details and directions.
- Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures. Balance all cash receipts and complete cashier and other reports.
- Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction. Resolve guest issues to resolution in effort to improve the guest experience and escalate any outstanding guest inquiries or concerns to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up.
- Make appropriate service recovery recommendations.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other Attendants.
- Other tasks as needed - because every day looks different in hospitality!
Skills + Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to effectively problem solve, think outside the box to resolve guest complaints.
- Minimum 1 year Front Desk or similar customer service / retail experience.
- Previous experience cash handling / counting money.
- Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
- Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.
Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements
- Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities — often in varying weather conditions.
- We’re in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require flexibility to support this.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
