Description:
The Instructional Designer supports the development of high-quality training solutions for internal employees. This role collaborates with various internal departments, business leaders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and implement engaging learning programs that align with organizational goals. The Instructional Designer plays a key part in driving employee performance, skill development, and knowledge transfer across the Enterprise.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including functional leaders and field managers, to assess learning and development needs across teams; supports continuous learning and development practices for Enterprise in line with trends in instructional design and technology
- Designs and develops engaging self-paced eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and blended learning programs tailored to internal teams
- Applies instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create learning solutions that align with organizational objectives
- Works with internal SMEs to ensure training content is current, relevant, and aligned with business goals; consults with internal teams on integration of learning solutions in daily work practices to enhance employee performance
- Evaluates and updates existing training materials to enhance engagement, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best practices.
- Conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps, performance issues, and opportunities for team development
- Leverages the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective delivery, measure outcomes, and adjust training programs based on feedback and performance metrics

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required
- At least 3 years’ experience in instructional design, with a focus on internal learning and development required; professional services industry experience with focus on F&A and technology preferred
- Proven track record developing and refining training materials and eLearning solutions for internal teams required
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) required; focus on Articulate 360 or similar tool preferred
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and other eLearning standards required
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or other project management frameworks preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
Multiple locations | Remote eligible with management approval
Travel Requirements: 10% travel (e.g. 10% travel to differing locations, 90% of the time working from an office)

Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion.
Occasional: Standing and bending.
Infrequent: Lifting up to 10 pounds.
