About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Director and client delivery teams in a fast-paced, high-volume consulting and technology services environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, tech-savvy, and brings a client-first mindset to everything they do. Experience in marketing or communications is a strong asset as you'll play a key role in crafting presentations, coordinating events, and supporting brand-aligned sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive & Sales Team Support: Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales Director and client leads, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
- Client System Management: Maintain client platforms such as VMS tools (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- Presentation & Proposal Development: Assist in the design and customization of sales presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned output.
- Marketing Support (Asset): Collaborate with marketing to coordinate client communications, assist with social media, event branding, email campaigns, and internal newsletters.
- Event Planning: Organize client-facing events (e.g., QBRs, appreciation events) and internal team initiatives (e.g., kickoffs, Lunch & Learns, offsites).
- Client Onboarding & Documentation: Support onboarding of consultants and clients, coordinating paperwork, credentialing, and internal documentation.
- Meeting Prep & Pipeline Tracking: Coordinate recurring meetings, manage agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items; track sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Monitor renewals, amendments, and compliance tasks across accounts.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a communication hub between sales, marketing, recruiting, finance, and external client stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance sales workflows and streamline internal coordination.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, client services, or executive support within a consulting, staffing, technology, or professional services firm.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); knowledge of Salesforce, VMS platforms, or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Bilingual (French and English), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and managing client-facing responsibilities.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Some experience in marketing, communications, or branding is a strong asset.
Salary Range for this role:
$45,000 - $50,000 CAD
