Advisor Success Manager
The Advisor Success Manager serves as a strategic consultant to financial advisors, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive advisor growth, performance, and business optimization. This role focuses on evaluating advisory practices, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing actionable strategies to accelerate success across a nationwide network of teams.
Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with executive leadership, including the COO, CFO, and President, to support firm-wide advisor development initiatives

Conduct one-on-one consultations with financial advisors at all stages, from newly established books of business to highly experienced professionals

Analyze current business performance, identify gaps, and develop strategic growth plans tailored to individual advisors

Evaluate advisor practices, diagnose inefficiencies, and recommend improved processes and business strategies

Act as a real-time problem solver, providing actionable guidance and solutions to advisors and teams

Track advisor progress across defined growth phases and communicate insights through structured updates and presentations to leadership

Identify best practices across advisors and share insights to elevate overall performance across all teams

Collaborate with the Advisor Success Director and administrative support to ensure execution and follow-through on strategic initiatives

Monitor performance metrics and partner with finance leadership to assess revenue growth and business impact

Support and influence advisors in advancing through defined development phases, maintaining accountability and performance standards

Travel as needed, including within Texas, to support advisor engagement and development
Qualifications

CFP® certification required
-
7–10 years of experience in financial services, preferably as a financial advisor or wholesaler

Demonstrated experience building and managing a personal book of business

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to quickly assess and act on complex information

Proven ability to influence, persuade, and confidently defend recommendations in a professional setting

High level of energy, initiative, and executive presence

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on one-on-one engagement

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while supporting multiple teams nationwide
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. An applicant may also be eligible to participate in certain incentive compensation programs based on achieving certain performance targets set forth each year and subject to the incentive compensation plan’s terms and conditions. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
Salary Range for this role:
$160,000 - $190,000 USD
