This role also trains and refines the AI tools that help the team respond to customers more efficiently, ensuring AI-generated content is accurate and appropriately reviewed. The GRC & Security Compliance Engineer partners with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve complex requests, clean up and maintain data quality, improve processes, and maintain compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a solid GRC, security compliance, and audit background, capable of balancing hands-on customer support with helping shape the future of AI-enabled service delivery
