ValGenesis Consultant

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Position: Mid-Senior Level Engineer - ValGenesis Expert

Overview: Valspec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ValGenesis Consultant to join our team and support the implementation process. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a critical project aimed at enhancing productivity within ValGenesis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GAP Assessment: Perform a comprehensive GAP assessment to identify the scope and timeline for the ValGenesis implementation.
  • Template Modification: Modify existing Veeva templates to fit into the ValGenesis framework.
  • Template Creation: Develop new templates to build out the ValGenesis framework for the site.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement based ValGenesis standards, but also identify and suggest options for improvement.
  • Productivity Improvements: Demonstrate proven productivity improvements to secure additional funding for further implementation beyond the current calendar year.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in ValGenesis: Extensive experience and expertise in the ValGenesis platform.
  • Engineering Background: Mid-senior level engineering experience, preferably in a validation or quality assurance role.
  • Local Candidates Preferred: Preference for local candidates, but open to a hybrid schedule for the right person.
  • Proactive and Improvement-Oriented: Ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions.

Additional Information:

  • Potential for Extended Engagement: Successful implementation could lead to opportunities for similar framework build-out and implementation across other sites, potentially resulting in multiple years of consistent work.
