The Role:

The Finance PMO lead role will focus on managing budgets, forecasts and resource planning for the account and programmes of work. They will collaborate with programme leads, client partner, finance, and ops stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management. This position is essential for maintaining financial oversight and supporting new initiatives by aligning resources and budgets effectively.

What you will be doing:

Responsibilities:​

  • Manage project budgets, track actuals vs. forecasts, and provide corrective actions for variances.​
  • Develop and provide financial forecasts for future initiatives and regular financial performance reports to stakeholders.​
  • Maintain casting plans and ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs.​
  • Assist in the financial setup and budgeting for new projects.​
  • Provide regular financial performance reports to project leads and senior stakeholders.​
  • Support the oversight of the account P&L ​
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls policies and support project teams on budget management and ensure project expenditures adhere to guidelines. Communicate financial risks and opportunities, offering insights for strategic decision-making.
