The Role
The Valtech People & Culture team is looking for an HR Systems Analyst on a fixed term basis (12 months) to support with the rollout of our future global enterprise HRIS: Dayforce.
HR Systems Analysts are the bridge between business and system; we interpret business / people requirements and translate this into solutions within the systems we manage. You will collaborate closely with our People & Culture team to configure, test, and deploy Dayforce as well as manage and maintaining other HR systems, including performance, engagement, and learning systems.
The ideal HR Systems Analyst for Valtech is passionate about the experience revolution. This innovative individual has HRIS experience, looks to continually learn, and enjoys sharing expertise.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver the implementation of Dayforce, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dayforce support teams.
- Manage and maintain a suite of HR technology which may include performance, engagement, and learning software.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Partner with vendors to understand their roadmap and communicate changes in the system back to the business.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Integrate HR technology solutions with other enterprise systems as needed.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all HR systems.
- Provide training and support to HR users.
Essential Requirements/Behaviours
- Strong technical expertise in HR technology solutions such as Dayforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP Success Factors or similar.
- Experience leading off-the-shelf technology implementation and configuration.
- Experience using service desk technology to intake technical support.
- Experience delivering system training.
- An understanding of HR processes, automations and workflows.
- Fluent English language skills.
