The role 

We are seeking a Project Manager – Senior Delivery Center (DevOps) to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of platform operations and DevOps initiatives across a global digital ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with strong project and stakeholder management experience who can align multiple cross-functional teams—without needing deep hands-on technical expertise. 

As a senior delivery lead, you will partner with DevOps engineers, platform teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that environments, deployments, and operational capabilities are delivered smoothly, on time, and in line with business expectations. 

Role responsibilities 

• Drive day-to-day delivery of DevOps-related initiatives and operational readiness activities across platforms such as SFCC, Fluent Commerce, SFMC, and OneTrust. 
• Work closely with DevOps, QA, and engineering teams to manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-team dependencies. 
• Facilitate change and release planning, environment coordination, and post-deployment validation in collaboration with platform SMEs. 
• Track and report on operational KPIs, delivery timelines, and incident trends using tools like Power BI and ServiceNow. 
• Serve as the central point of communication across business stakeholders and technical leads to ensure alignment on DevOps priorities, risks, and deliverables. 
• Lead and document platform operations reviews, retrospectives, and improvement plans in partnership with engineering and incident management teams. 
• Ensure knowledge base documentation (Run Books, SOPs, KEDBs) is updated and aligned with delivery processes and team workflows. 
• Help coordinate efforts across global delivery centers, ensuring consistency and clarity in processes supporting platform releases and stability. 

Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience within digital or platform delivery environments. 
• Proven success in coordinating across multiple teams (engineering, DevOps, QA, support) to deliver on complex project timelines and operational milestones. 
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing sprints or delivery cadences. 
• Familiarity with project tracking and ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. 
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and issue resolution skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities and distributed teams. 

Preferred qualifications 

• Experience supporting or coordinating DevOps or infrastructure-related initiatives (you don’t need to be technical, but familiarity is helpful). 
• Exposure to platform ecosystems involving eCommerce, content management, digital asset management (e.g., SFCC, OpenTextDAM, Salsify, Fluent Commerce). 
• Experience working within a globally distributed delivery model (e.g., onshore/offshore or multi-region teams). 
• Familiarity with metrics reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. 
• PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, or similar certification is a plus.
