What You’ll Do
The Account Coordinator role is entry-level and designed to support internal teams and ensure operational efficiency across projects. This position acts as a point of coordination between internal teams and clients, ensuring deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
A Day in the Life
- Deliverables
- Create and update project timelines after collaborating with internal teams
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, drafting invitations, creating deliverables and tracking feedback across teams
- Utilize project management systems to track project progress and flag potential bottlenecks or delays
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to communicate updates, address small-scale concerns, and ensure project alignment
- Assist in client-facing documentation preparation, such as deliverables and status updates
- Maintain a customer-first service approach by ensuring proactive follow-ups and addressing communications promptly
- Review and provide quality assurance checks on project deliverables such as presentations and documents prior to delivery
- Confirm client requirements and needs are consistently met
- Ensure clear and timely oral and written communication with internal and external teams to set expectations and share updates
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by maintaining transparency and reliability in information-sharing processes
Other duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this role.
- AI Integration
- Leverage approved AI tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making through AI-enabled solutions.
- Ensure all AI-generated outputs are reviewed for accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
What You Must Have
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, business, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
- Skills and Competencies
- Exceptional attention to detail to maintain accuracy and clarity in documentation and deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate seamless collaboration across internal teams and external clients
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Egnyte, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative and coordination tasks reliably and independently
What You Might Have, but Isn’t Required
- Prior internship or work experience in a client-facing, communications, or healthcare-related environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Exposure to pharma or biotech industry workflows or terminology
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally as needed based on project, client, and organizational requirements (up to 50% travel expected).
The Team You’ll Work Closest With
You will work closely with Curio Science cross-functional and leadership teams, as well as collaborate with Client Services and Business Strategy teams.
