Production Assembler

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Production Assembler performs a variety of tasks to ensure that components (Panels, Floors, Roof) are made efficiently and safely, while maintaining quality standards.
Position Summary:
Essential Responsibilities
- Safely produce trusses and wall panels which meet or exceed industry standards for quality.
- Cut, set up, assemble, sort, rack, mark and band roof trusses and wall panels per given specifications.
- Place finished goods in their assigned bundle or on the designated pallet.
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
- Meet reasonable production guidelines.
- Maintain safe and clean production area.
- Responsible for adhering to all safety rules
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to work one duty for eight to ten hours
- Read tape measure and use air/power tools

Other Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Education/Credentials: High school diploma or its equivalent preferred
- Training: Forklift, Machinery preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years previous experience preferred
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proven ability to apply math, writing, and language skills
Working Conditions:
- Physical Demands of Job: Requires vision, speech, and hearing
- Environmental Factors: Manufacturing facility exposure
- Hours of Work: 6:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Thursday

- Salary: $19.50 - $23.00 hourly (Pay is commensurate with experience, education, training, and skills)
