Marketing Director

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Experiences, the Marketing Director will lead cross-functional marketing efforts that drive growth, enhance customer engagement, and reinforce Van Metre’s identity as an industry pioneer. You’ll lead a high-performing team across marketing, media, CRM, and web to drive brand visibility, elevate customer experiences, and create measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own multi-channel marketing strategy across digital and traditional platforms, supporting both B2C and B2B growth goals.
- Lead our digital storefront strategy—reimagining our website’s UX, messaging, and lead conversion capabilities.
- Direct CRM and lifecycle strategy in HubSpot, optimizing segmentation, campaigns, and reporting for cross-functional alignment.
- Strategize and execute media campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels that drive awareness and action.
- Champion data-driven marketing, setting KPIs, delivering actionable insights, and refining performance across platforms.
- Partner across functions and departments (such as Customer Experience, Warranty, and After-Market) to ensure alignment and consistency in customer messaging and marketing execution.
- Evaluate and integrate future-forward tools like AI chat, personalization engines, and knowledge hubs.
- Elevate post-close engagement through customer-facing applications with the goal of enhancing homeowner satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty.
- Balance strategy and execution—rolling up your sleeves to lead by example, support hands-on work, and model operational excellence.
- Mentor a results-driven team, cultivating a culture of curiosity, clarity, and continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including team leadership and strategic planning
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field)
- Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot or equivalent CRM—must own platform execution and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Proven experience supporting both B2C and B2B marketing goals
- Background in hospitality, real estate, proptech, homebuilding, product marketing, or complex customer journey industries preferred
- Expertise in digital and traditional media planning, buying, and performance analysis
- Experience owning website strategy, content, and user flows focused on digital conversion
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits information: Van Metre offers excellent benefits, and a work environment that fosters and rewards excellence. - Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 annually (Pay is commensurate with experience, education, training, and skills)
