Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

  • Development and execution of marketing plans aligned with Variacode's objectives.
  • Analysis of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Market segmentation and product or service positioning.

Project Management:

  • Coordination of advertising campaigns and product promotions.
  • Supervision of timelines and budgets for campaigns.
  • Ability to work in teams and coordinate with other areas such as sales, design, and product.
  • Process-oriented with a strong quality assurance background.

Digital Marketing:

  • Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and SMM (Social Media Marketing).
  • Data analysis and metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Email marketing strategies, online advertising, content generation, and social media management.
  • Content calendar management and planning.

Creativity and Communication:

  • Ability to generate creative ideas that connect with the audience.
  • Copywriting skills and creation of engaging visual content.
  • Effective communication both written and verbal, especially for presentations or negotiations.
  • Audiovisual content creation.
  • B2B Lead Gen webinar planning and execution.
  • Experience creating digital lead magnets and click funnels.
  • Expertise in event planning and audience engagement.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Competitor analysis and industry trend monitoring.
  • Evaluating campaign performance and adjusting strategies based on results.

Public Relations and Brand Management:

  • Positioning and strengthening the brand image.
  • Coordinating public relations activities and promotional events.
  • Managing media channels, journalists, and strategic allies to promote the brand.

Team Management:

  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ability to coordinate external contributors and agencies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
  • Specializations in digital marketing or communication.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in lead roles.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, social media management, digital advertising, and project management.
  • Lead magnet campaigns experience.
  • Advanced English.

  • Ability to think outside the box and launch innovative initiatives that stand out in the industry
  • Business acumen and a visionary mindset.
  • Ability to create engaging storytelling and value propositions
  • Capacity to accurately identify and segment possible ICPs and buyer personas and engage each audience correctly.
  • Ability to coordinate SDRs, BDRs, Paid Ads, and Media specialists in comprehensive campaigns.
  • Expertise in leveraging non-traditional channels and implementing community selling strategies.
