Senior Serverless ETL Developer

We are currently seeking a Senior Serverless ETL Developer with a strong background in AWS Glue and AWS Step Functions to join our team. If you’re passionate about building scalable, efficient, and reliable ETL pipelines in a serverless environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop serverless ETL pipelines using AWS Glue, AWS Step Functions, and Lambda.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, PySpark, or Scala for data transformation and processing.
- Leverage AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and IAM to build scalable and secure data workflows.
- Implement data modeling, data warehousing, and schema design principles to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ETL solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest serverless technologies and best practices to enhance the ETL infrastructure.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5+ years in data engineering, with a minimum of 3 years focusing on AWS Glue and Step Functions.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in designing serverless architectures using AWS Glue, AWS Step Functions, and Lambda.
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, PySpark, or Scala for ETL development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and schema design principles.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools and workflow management systems.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data pipelines and resolve issues promptly.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with real-time data processing and streaming.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., AWS CloudFormation, Terraform).
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
