Job Title: Success on Demand (SoD) Consultant – Workflow Automation SME
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers using a Workflow Automation solution in the successful installation, configuration, customization, development, and support of their automation deployments.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workflow Automation across Customer Success Group (CSG) teams, including Support, Success, Engineering, Professional Services, and Education. Support customer-facing teams in meetings, business reviews, strategic planning, deployment, and upgrade activities.

Partner with Product and Development teams to provide direct feedback on new features, capabilities, and improvements related to Workflow Automation.

Develop a deep understanding of the broader operations cloud platforms, products, integrations, and workflows typically used in enterprise environments.
Professional Skills:

Comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical customer teams across large, complex organizations, including departments like IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Logistics.

Business Process Analysis (BPA): Ability to understand and evaluate business processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities.

Project Management: Experience planning and executing automation projects, with a focus on timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance.

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong English communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to address complex problems through data analysis and innovative automation solutions.

Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Comfort with fast-paced environments and eagerness to stay up to date with evolving tools and trends in automation.
Technical Skills:

Automation Tools and Technologies: Hands-on experience with tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM), and low-code/no-code platforms.

Programming and Scripting: Familiarity with languages such as JavaScript, Python, Shell scripting, etc.

Data Analysis and Manipulation: Ability to work with data from multiple sources to inform automation strategies.

Systems Integration and Architecture: Understanding of how to build automation that integrates with enterprise IT infrastructure.

Quality Assurance and Testing: Knowledge of QA best practices and testing to ensure automation reliability and performance.
Requirements:

1–3+ years of experience mapping business or technical lifecycles, processes, workflows, and tasks in complex environments.

1–3+ years of experience identifying and implementing process or workflow optimization and automation.

1–3+ years of experience building and supporting automation solutions, including:

Business Process Management (BPM)

Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Workflow Automation (WA)

Intelligent Automation (IA)

Low-code/No-code platforms

IT Process and Infrastructure Automation

Software Deployment and Cloud Automation (e.g., Infrastructure as Code)

Experience with modern scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Shell, etc.).

Experience working with REST APIs.

Familiarity with SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Atlassian).

Experience with modern databases and SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, AWS RDS, Snowflake).
