We’re looking for a skilled hybrid Front-End Developer & UI/UX Designer to help finalize and polish the front end of our AI-powered CRM platform. The system is nearly complete but needs a strong hand to enhance its design and user experience.

About the Project

Overview: A custom-built CRM that allows clients to interact with their system via WhatsApp. Features include AI-powered chatbot communication, lead management, report generation, and more.
Current Status: 99% functional – backend and features are ready, but the design needs improvement.
Tech Stack: Node.js, Python, Vue.js

Responsibilities

Audit the current front-end and design for UX/UI improvements
Design clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for web use
Implement those designs directly using Vue.js
Ensure compatibility across devices and screen sizes
Collaborate closely with the backend team and participate in short daily check-in calls (start and end of your workday)

Requirements

3+ years of experience in front-end development with Vue.js
2+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in CRM, SaaS, or dashboard environments
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
Skilled with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Ability to create and apply reusable UI components
Strong eye for detail, layout, color, and typography
Experience working on web apps with AI or chatbot integration is a plus
Able to work independently and deliver fast turnarounds
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
