Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. You will be a key player in our team, contributing to designing state-of-the-art systems that drive automation and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using a variety of algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).

Data Processing: Clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure high-quality input for models.

Collaborate: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Optimization: Continuously test and optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and apply new techniques and tools to improve system performance.

Integration: Integrate AI/ML models into production environments and work with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Documentation: Maintain clear documentation on model architecture, testing procedures, and results.
Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD is a plus).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.).

Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

Experience with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and model optimization.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work in a cross-functional team.
