The Opportunity
Join Varicent’s Sales Planning team and contribute to a high-impact SaaS platform that helps global sales teams optimize territory design, track performance, and drive revenue. You’ll work on a modern single-page application built in React, powered by a serverless AWS backend using GraphQL.
The Team
You’ll be part of a collaborative, remote team of developers, designers, and product managers focused on delivering scalable solutions that solve real-world problems. We value curiosity, clean code, and creative problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Build and enhance features using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Work with GraphQL, Apollo, Docker, and AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, and ECS.
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows, testing, and deployment in a microservices architecture.
- Write clean, efficient code and collaborate on technical decisions.
- Participate in agile rituals and cross-functional planning sessions.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proficiency with React and Node.js in cloud environments (preferably AWS).
- Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and microservices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Bonus Points
- Experience with Redux, Kafka/Kinesis, or messaging platforms.
- AWS certification or relevant cloud experience.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
