We provide technology-driven shared services, logistics coordination, and financial infrastructure to clients across the U.S. and Puerto Rico — from gaming operators to hospitality venues to small businesses. Our platform (“Vast”) is more than software; it’s a complete ecosystem that lets our clients outsource everything they don’t want to handle in-house. 

 

Your Mission 

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will have direct access to our CEO, supporting with a variety of business initiatives. As an intern, you will be eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully from day one. 

 

You’ll work closely with our team, supporting projects in: 

  • Operations & Strategy: Assist with key initiatives, research, and execution of business priorities. 
  • Project Management: Support planning, coordination, and execution of critical tasks. 
  • Data & Analysis: Gather insights, track performance, and provide recommendations. 
  • Communication & Collaboration: Work across teams to ensure smooth workflows and successful outcomes. 
  • Administrative Support: Help manage schedules, reports, and documentation to keep everything running efficiently. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Current student or recent graduate in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics  
  • A self-starter mentality—someone who takes initiative and gets things done. 
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-moving environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
