As we expand, we’re looking for a Vice President of Product Management to lead the development of our core platform and the team behind it. 

 

Your Mission 

As Vice President of Product Management, you’ll set the product vision, own the roadmap, and lead a cross-functional team building the next generation of operational infrastructure. You’ll act as both a product owner and team leader—driving feature development, managing sprint cycles, and aligning go-to-market efforts with internal stakeholders and external user needs. 

 

You’ll be the cornerstone of our platform strategy, guiding everything from feature design and AI integration to UI/UX and customer value alignment. 

  

What You’ll Do 

  • Product Vision & Strategy 
  • Define and own the product roadmap, aligning features with customer pain points and business goals. 
  • Champion the look, feel, and function of the Vast platform, ensuring a seamless and modern user experience. 
  • Translate real-world workflows into scalable, tech-enabled solutions. 
  • Lead cross-functional product discovery efforts to identify and prioritize high-impact features. 
  • Team Leadership & Project Execution 
  • Direct and manage a multi-disciplinary team. 
  • Oversee sprint planning, project tracking, and delivery timelines. 
  • Create and maintain clear, actionable documentation for features, user stories, and technical handoff. 
  • Ensure strong team alignment, accountability, and momentum across design, engineering, and data. 
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Go-to-Market 
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Manager and executive leadership to define feature positioning and GTM strategy. 
  • Work directly with operations, finance, and customer-facing teams to gather feedback and validate solutions. 
  • Serve as the product evangelist—internally and externally—articulating platform value with clarity and conviction. 

 

What You Bring 

  • 7–12 years of experience in product management, ideally with SaaS platforms or operational tech. 
  • Strong leadership experience managing analyst and design teams in an agile environment. 
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—you’re as comfortable setting vision as you are writing specs. 
  • Proven track record of shipping user-centric software products in startup or high-growth environments. 
  • Excellent UX instincts and familiarity with modern product development tools (Figma, Jira, Microsoft Teams, etc.). 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. 
  • Must be based in Puerto Rico or willing to relocate
