About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for manually testing the functionality of our applications and web services and designing new tests to validate that it works as expected. You will identify and report bugs, and collaborate with the development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain existing manual test plans and write new plans for features being developed
Test and validate software to ensure that it satisfies requirements and is defect free
Analyze the root cause for testing failures and open appropriate tickets with sufficient findings
Make recommendations on how our current testing processes can be improved
Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and build test plans

You Are

Experienced with UI/UX design
Strong Jira experience
Proficient with Linux
Passionate about the potential of AI

To be successful as a QA Associate, you should have a strong understanding of test methodologies, have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with web application testing
Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools
Experience with writing test plans and test cases for assigned features
