What You Will Do:

You’ll be responsible for the management of client partnerships and process/strategy execution across Amazon brands. In partnership with client and internal team-members, you will manage the performance of Amazon clients across product detail page optimization, promotional strategy and execution, inventory management and demand planning, Amazon advertising performance, and overall goal attainment across the Amazon client base. 

 

Responsibilities: Responsibilities will vary depending on the accounts to which this role is staffed, but will typically include:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Establish channel of communication and regular meeting cadence with day to day contacts, as well as executive teams/decision makers
    • Coordinate reporting needs and dashboards per each client requirements
    • Management of weekly and monthly reporting 
    • Act as a liaison for the broader client team as it relates to Seller/Vendor Central questions, troubleshooting, etc. 
    • Lead communication for Amazon related topics, meetings, strategy sessions, etc.
  • Growth & Performance
    • Amazon Advertising: In partnership with a dedicated advertising manager, oversee the strategy, budget investment, forecasting, and efficiency of in platform search advertising. 
    • Inventory Management/Demand Planning: Support client with consistent inventory reporting and replenishment suggestions. In some cases supporting shipment creation or process implementation.
    • E-Content Strategy: All things Product Detail pages in copy optimization, gallery strategy, A+ execution, and storefront development/management. You would work closely with our design team to execute the aligned vision with client partners.
    • Catalog Management: SKU setup and backend optimization, ensuring proper SKU naming conventions and backend attribute field completion. You would drive the variation strategy across each client catalog as well. 
    • Promotional Strategy/Execution: Establishing a promotional roadmap, testing framework, and calendar to maximize on key events and seasonality. Establish the right type of promotion, timing, discount rate and item focus to achieve client goals. 
    • Seller/Vendor Central Management: Day to day monitoring of account health, with intervention for compliance/item issues that arise. Support in account level guidance for processes such as the INFORM Act. Some involvement in case management, seller support, and account health interaction as needed. 
    • Process and Department Support: Ability to support in process development, client billable improvement strategies, and overall growth of team/department. 


What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of direct Amazon experience (Vendor/Seller Central)
  • 5+ years of managing and growing 3P/1P brands on marketplaces with an Amazon focus
  • Experience with 3rd party tools such as Helium10, Data Dive, Bidding Technology preferred
  • Experience in Amazon growth, touching one or more areas of Amazon strategy (Advertising, creative, e-content, promotions, inventory, etc)
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to meet all deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data, make recommendations and then take action accordingly.
  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and outside-of-the-box thinker looking to tie programs to measurable business results
  • Ability to command a room and lead a discussion, we are consistently in the driver’s seat for our clients
  • You’re hungry to learn, always looking for mentorship, and aren’t afraid to suggest new ideas.

Base Salary

$110,000 - $125,000 USD
