The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Market Manager to lead and grow our hotel partnerships in Las Vegas. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of hotel partners, optimizing performance, and driving revenue through strategic relationship management, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
In addition to hotel responsibilities, this role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to Vegas.com’s other product verticals—Air, Show, Attraction, and Tours—providing a broader understanding of our business and growth opportunities.
How this role contributes to the success of Vegas.com:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to maximize revenue and visibility on Vegas.com.
- Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate competitive rates, promotions, and inventory access to ensure optimal product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Analytics) to support partner success.
- Monitor and report on partner performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that align hotel offerings with broader Vegas.com campaigns and verticals.
- Represent Vegas.com at industry events, partner meetings, and networking opportunities.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in hotel account management, market management, or hospitality sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with Las Vegas hospitality market is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools and data dashboards preferred.
- Passion for travel, hospitality, and innovation.
