Program Management Director - Veeam Cyber Secure (REMOTE US)

Veeam is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage our Veeam Cyber Secure program. In this role,, you will work cross-functionally to define, launch, market, and fine tune this highly visible program. Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Product Marketing, you will be responsible for standardizing operational processes, developing go-to-market strategies, enabling sales teams, and driving awareness of the value that Veeam's Cyber Secure delivers to customers.
As a key leader, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product management, professional services, sales, and marketing teams to position Cyber Secure as a growth driver for Enterprise selling. In this role, the ability to work across functions and build strong relationships is vital.

What You Get To Do Every Day:
- Own a fast growing program for the business: identifying gaps, needs, streamlining processes and ensuring an easy process to sell and consume the program
- Deliver innovative approaches to capture the attention of prospects and customers in the global enterprise technology space
- Understand and advocate for the buyer and customer persona, through all phases of the purchase and customer lifecycle
- Develop differentiated product messaging and positioning that sets Veeam apart with customer understanding, competitive differentiation, and grasp of market dynamics
- Plan and execute product/feature launch efforts, bridging the gap between product/services/finance/pricing/and other functions as needed
- Collaborate with sales to understand & support ongoing enablement and asset needs to maximize the impact of messaging
- Collaborate with peers contributing to the GTM strategy, including campaigns, lead generation and digital marketing for your products target audience
- Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, and communicate status to upper management and stakeholders
- Proactively identify and eliminate roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
- Serve as the expert on all components of the program, answering cross-functional queries as they arise.
Responsibilities:
- Voice of the Customer: Ensure the program reflects the white-glove experience that Veeam expects for every customer, throughout the customer journey.
- Define Program Requirements: Develop and document clear, detailed requirements that align with Veeam’s cybersecurity strategy and market needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, finance, pricing, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on program goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Program Execution: Take ownership of end-to-end program execution, jumping in to manage and address program needs as they arise to keep the initiative on track.
- Ensure Compliance & Delivery: Monitor cross-functional adherence to requirements and ensure that key milestones are met across departments.
- Financial Alignment: Work closely with finance and pricing teams to ensure the program aligns with profitability and growth objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks early, proactively working to develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders, providing updates on program status, risks, and opportunities
- Success Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success criteria for the program, tracking progress and driving continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Creative and innovative: willing to introduce new ideas (programs, events, assets, approaches, techniques, messages, etc.) and push the envelope to win market and mindshare
- Data driven: Set goals and continuously improve on metrics
- 7-10 years' experience in technology product marketing or professional services marketing, PMP certification desired
- Eager storyteller who can articulate, both verbally and in writing, a compelling vision
- Strong technical acumen with a proven ability to distill complex, technical concepts into clear, compelling prosthat connects with both internal stakeholders, partners and customers
- Self-Starter: manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and lead autonomously, bias toward action
- Driven Leader: who is comfortable in a start-up like environment and can operate independently to build out new programs and initiatives for an emerging segment
- Team player: work across an organization to build a plan, get alignment and execute
- Customer-first mentality: Focus on the customer journey, not just buyer’s journey
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration highly desired. MBA or Masters preferred
- Remote: Comfortable working remotely in a distributed, highly effective global team
- Willingness to travel up to 15%

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
United States of America Pay Range
$182,100 - $260,100 USD
