Corporate Technology Programs & Portfolio Management Office is responsible for managing the programs and projects that enable leveraging best technology and solutions available on the market for all Veeam business departments. The goal is to ensure that businesses perform at the top of their efficiency to fuel ​Veeam growth.  

This role, CT Senior Technical Program Manager, will manage the strategic cross-functional program to implement the technology, environment, and related processes and automations to support various business areas at Veeam.

Your tasks will include:

  • Work with business leadership to define and communicate the program objectives
  • Solidify the scope of each associated project and identify all workstreams impacted
  • Identify stakeholders and secure resources necessary to deliver the program’s objectives
  • Facilitate the stakeholder communication
  • Clearly define and build both the program/project schedule and work breakdown structure
  • Create the appropriate reports to effectively evaluate the ongoing status/health of the program and associated projects
  • Communicates decisions, priorities, and relevant program information to various levels of stakeholders
  • Coordinate functional technical teams in their efforts to meet program objectives, resolve the blockers, and keep focus on value delivery
  • Ensure proper rollout of the tools and processes to the business users adhering to the best practices of change management
  • Ensure the appropriate documentation is created and maintained
  • Ultimately ensure the successful completion of the program outcomes and measure results of the predefined goals and KPIs

What we expect from you:

  • Ability to develop deep understanding of company’s technology environment and its systems
  • Good understanding of system architecture, software design principles, and how various components of a system interact
  • Advanced knowledge of the full life cycle of product development
  • The ability to collaborate with IT engineers and assist with the review and testing of programming code/design
  • Experience with software deployment and integration
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools to ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • The ability to read and analyze relational data
  • Read, write, and interpret technical business requirements to create process flow diagrams
  • Understanding of business processes within different business units, sales, marketing, quote-to-cash lifecycle, finance, etc.
  • Proactive identifying potential project risks and developing strategies to mitigate them

Tech stack we use:

  • Experience with CRM (SFDC), Marketing Automation (Marketo), Q2C platforms
  • Experience with Tableau or BI Tools, ability to query and analyze data
  • Proficient with JIRA, Monday.com, and other project management tools
  • Proficient with MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
  • Experience with vendor relationship and management

Will be an advantage:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preference for technical fields
  • Preference for candidates who have relevant experience in IT and business applications program management at a technology company
  • Project Management, PMP certified
  • Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work well with culturally diverse team

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

United States of America Pay Range

$139,100 - $198,700 USD
