Partner Manager - Denmark
The Veeam Partner Manager develops, manages and grows our strategic relationships with our Hybrid Resellers and Service Providers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving joint business opportunities, increasing revenue and enhancing our market presence through effective channel management.
Your tasks will include:
Sales & Business Development
- Sales Quota Management: Achieve revenue-based sales targets through proactive business development.
- Strategic Partner Development: drive business growth through focus on specific use cases like Office 365 backup, cloud backup, disaster recovery and Kubernetes workloads.
Account & Opportunity Management
- Account Planning: Develop partner business plans encompassing sales, marketing and enablement. Actively track execution and goal achievement.
- Opportunity Advancement: Collaborate with the regional sales team and Systems Engineers to help qualify leads and close opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-level relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and support.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to Veeam's industry presence by creating and presenting materials at partners and partner events.
Operations & Expertise
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the Veeam CRM system to reflect channel sales activities and pipeline status.
- Product Expertise: Gain and apply a thorough understanding of Veeam solutions and their benefits for the customers of Hybrid Resellers and Cloud Providers.
What we expect from you:
- Experience: 5+ years of field sales experience with Hybrid Resellers and Service Providers.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with virtualization, backup, cloud, disaster recovery and security technology is advantageous.
- Industry Relationships: Established connections within top-tier Resellers and Service Providers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 0-50% of the time.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently, self-starter with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to seeking support when needed.
- Team Player: Strong team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration skills.
