CRM Training Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trains users on software usage and best practices.
- Trains users on the TopVis App and best practices.
- Travels to branch offices in order to train and support users.
- Test software for quality control and new functions.
- Works with Global TopVis team on training, development, and troubleshooting of TopVis.
- Maintains TopVis software, and users services such as configurations, software applications.
- Collects data sets for internal users and formats reports based on that data.
- Installs and tests software upgrades.
- Enters commands and observes system functions to verify correct system operation.
- Responds to the needs and questions of TopVis users concerning systems operation, access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs.
- Responds to inquiries and diagnoses system software, and operator problems. Replaces defective or inadequate software packages. Refers major hardware problems to manager for correction. Recommends or performs minor remedial actions to correct problems.
- Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year College
- AND six (6) months of related experience
