About the Role
As a Business Associate, you will support AI implementation engagements with healthcare organizations by helping turn complex challenges into actionable solutions. You will analyze business problems, coordinate across workstream activities, and support successful customer implementations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, collaborating across teams, and learning how strategy becomes execution. You'll gain exposure to healthcare operations and contemporary health AI use cases while helping health systems successfully adopt AI solutions.
This role will report to an Engagement Manager. On a day-to-day basis, this role will work on individual customer engagements that will be supervised by an Engagement Manager. This role will be expected to collaborate closely with functions across the organization, including Engineering, Product, and Marketing/Communications. Additionally, this role will have the opportunity to regularly travel to client sites and be on the ground with our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AI implementation projects by coordinating and driving milestones across workstreams, including deliverables and activities specific to each workstream
- Prepare and own client-specific materials, document key decisions, and follow up on action items across internal and customer teams
- Build relationships with operational and front-line customer stakeholders while providing responsive day-to-day support throughout engagements
- Gather, organize, and validate information to support customer implementations and strategic decision-making, including market research regarding best practices from the industry/the literature and codifying case studies
- Support Engagement Manager(s) and the Director of Products and Services to coordinate customer requests, internal resources, and project timelines across multiple workstreams
- Contribute to implementation playbooks, templates, documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Support onboarding and customer success activities across customer stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- 0-2+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare, operations, customer success, implementation, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional skills with narrative storytelling and visualization with Power Point and written documents
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and collaborative work environments
- Experience analyzing complex datasets, building presentations, or supporting customer-facing projects
- Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and healthcare innovation
- Ability to organize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Annual Salary:
$85,000 - 100,000 USD
Work Location Policy: Currently, we expect employees based in Durham to work from our office at least 3x a week. Employees who live outside of a 50-mile radius from our office may work remotely on a full-time basis with some travel to our office based on the needs of their function.
