Overview:
Client Services acts as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our clients, building trust by understanding our clients’ larger objectives and designing solutions that accelerate those goals through our broad capabilities in marketing, technology, data, and design.
The Project Manager sits within the Client Services team and supports small to medium sized accounts working closely with Program Directors on larger accounts. The Project Manager supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The project manager serves as the primary point of contact for projects, managing expectations and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Supports small to medium projects or Program Directors on larger
- Directly assist and possibly lead client kick offs and project
- Run and coordinate internal meetings, planning sessions, and stand-
- Develop project schedules, maintain status of project, ensure all systems are up to
- Work closely with client services to maintain clear client communication, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat

Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in digital agency or related experience, developing interactive projects and managing client work.
- Strong communication competency and the ability to effectively convey information, ideas, and emotions in various contexts, including verbal, non-verbal, written, interpersonal, adaptability, conflict resolution and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management
- Proficiency in managing project timelines, budgets, and
- Familiar with web development processes, UX/UI design,
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, ).
- Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues or obstacles that arise during a
- Developing financial acumen and advanced insight into business
- Strong relationship building
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy under pressure

Compensation Range: $85,000- $100,000 annually
Please note that compensation packages are finalized after the interview process is concluded. We use a competency-based approach to base pay, which means it is based on the competencies and skills demonstrated for this role.
