IT & Security Support Manager

 

The IT & Security Support Manager is responsible for leading and managing all technology and physical security support operations across the organization. This includes oversight of phone systems, internet services, surveillance cameras, and door access controls.

 

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and grow an essential department, work on diverse technology and security challenges, and make a direct impact on the organization’s operational excellence. The Director will establish and enforce policies, service standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), while developing and mentoring a high-performing support team. This position requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and operational execution to ensure secure, efficient, and uninterrupted technology and security support services that enable organizational success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and expand the IT & Security Support
  • Oversee day-to-day support for phone, internet, camera, and access control
  • Develop and enforce policies, SOPs, and service
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and department
  • Ensure system reliability, security, and
  • Implement strategic improvements to enhance service quality and

 

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in IT or security support operations, including 3+ years in
  • Strong experience with both technical support and physical security
  • Proven ability to build and scale
  • Skilled in policy creation, vendor management, and budget
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving

 

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (or equivalent senior leadership)
  • Direct Reports: IT & Security Support team members, system administrators, and related
