Job Summary: 

As a Quality Manager, you will serve as the primary quality liaison between our internal team and our contract manufacturing partners. You will be responsible for ensuring quality system compliance, managing product quality through the manufacturing process, maintaining documentation control using Arena PLM, and implementing best-in-class Quality Management System (QMS) practices aligned with ISO9001 and customer-specific requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Own and manage the implementation and maintenance of Ventiva QMS at all sites and throughout Contract Manufacturers sites. 

• Design QMS to project and verify Ventiva’s high quality expectations. 

• Ensure manufacturing processes meet internal and customer quality specifications, with particular focus on CTQ Critical-To-Quality parameter verification. 

• Lead quality audits (internal and external), including with suppliers and customers. 

• Monitor inspection results driving continuous improvement. 

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformities and field failures. 

• Manage and maintain quality documentation, workflows, and BOM change control using Arena PLM. 

• Define and track KPIs, goals, provide regular reports to stakeholders. 

• Support ECO, NPI & HVM processes from a quality perspective. 

• Develop and deliver training to internal and external partners on quality procedures. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. 

Key Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.  

• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment. 

• Experience in the consumer electronics or thermal components industry.  

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and customer-specific quality standards. 

• Hands-on experience with Arena PLM for documentation control and change management. 

• Proficiency with quality tools: FMEA, SPC, 8D, DMAIC, Requirements Management, CTQs, etc. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence external partners. 

• Experience working closely with OEM customers and navigating their quality expectations. 

 

Salary Range:  RMB250K - RMB330K
