About the role:

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple engineering projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and with minimal resource conflict.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in program/project management within an engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Salary Range: RMB250K - RMB330K
