About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Sr. Director of Product Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for our Client Edge Platforms portfolio. This role is responsible for crafting and executing the go-to-market strategy for client devices such as laptops, tablets, mobile endpoints, and edge computing platforms that power modern enterprise, industrial, and consumer applications.

You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Corporate Marketing to position our platforms, develop compelling narratives, and enable customer adoption and market success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Client Edge Platforms portfolio, including product launches, messaging, content, and competitive positioning.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop differentiated, value-based messaging tailored to technical and business decision-makers across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales and channel teams with the tools, training, and collateral they need to effectively position and sell our client-edge products.
  • Content Development: Drive the creation of whitepapers, solution briefs, product videos, customer case studies, and other high-impact assets.
  • Customer & Market Insights: Serve as the voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback from the field, analysts, and users to influence product strategy and improve market fit.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, and Corporate Marketing to drive alignment and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, webinars, analyst briefings, and customer engagements to elevate our platform narrative and visibility.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define and track KPIs to evaluate campaign and product marketing performance; adjust plans accordingly.
  • Produce timely competitive analysis reports.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product marketing, with 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong domain experience in client computing platforms, embedded systems, or edge devices (e.g., High-performance CPU/GPU, Wi-Fi/5G-connected devices including laptops, mobile, industrial edge, or endpoint AI).
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B and/or B2C technology products.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in platform marketing for silicon vendors, OEMs, or edge software solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry trends such as AI at the edge, hybrid work, endpoint security, or 5G-connected devices.
  • Prior work with enterprise, industrial, or telecom verticals is a plus.

Salary Range:  $230,000 - $270,000
