About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team, with a specialized focus on supporting our Procurement and Strategic Sourcing functions. In this role, you’ll partner closely with procurement, operations, and finance stakeholders to provide insights that drive smarter purchasing decisions, optimize supplier spend, and enhance cost efficiency across the business.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with the Procurement team to analyze vendor spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track progress against sourcing initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate supplier contracts, pricing scenarios, and total cost of ownership.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly spend reporting, forecasts, and variance analyses related to procurement categories.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for indirect spend, including headcount-related purchasing, IT, marketing, and professional services.
• Help develop KPIs and dashboards to track procurement performance, vendor compliance, and savings initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Accounting, and Business Operations to align procurement strategies with financial goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in procurement and finance processes, including system automation and data integrity.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, finance, procurement finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of cost structures, vendor management, and procurement workflows.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling; experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, NetSuite Planning, Pigment, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills; able to work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Zip) is a plus.

Bonus If You:

• Experience supporting indirect spend categories (e.g., IT, Marketing, Facilities, G&A).
• Exposure to vendor negotiations or cost modeling.
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $122,000.00-$140,000.00.  This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be  adjusted based on employee location.  The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
