  • Coordinate content creation, localization, approvals, and publishing with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content, formats, cadence, and engagement.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, well written, and aligned with Verifone’s messaging and visual identity.

 Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute regional email marketing campaigns for customers, prospects, partners, and event audiences.
  • Coordinate campaign messaging, audiences, creative, localization, testing, deployment, and reporting.
  • Support email communications for events, campaigns, product initiatives, customer communications, and other regional priorities.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with target audiences and business priorities.
  • Monitor performance, including engagement, click-through rates, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve segmentation, messaging, timing, calls to action, and overall campaign performance.

 Content & Marketing Communications

  • Support the development and execution of LATAM content and communication priorities across channels.
  • Stay close to industry trends, market conversations, social trends, and relevant business topics to identify opportunities for Verifone to participate in the conversation.
  • Work closely with Global Marketing to understand global content priorities, campaigns, messaging, and communication themes, and determine how they should be adapted for LATAM.
  • Proactively identify local content opportunities based on business priorities, customer stories, product use cases, events, industry trends, executive insights, and market needs.
  • Coordinate the development, localization, and adaptation of content across social media, email, website, events, presentations, and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure content is relevant to LATAM audiences, commercially meaningful, on-brand, and consistent with Verifone’s messaging.
  • Partner with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to develop high-quality content and communications.
  • Identify gaps in LATAM content and proactively recommend new topics, formats, and communication opportunities.

 Integrated Marketing Campaigns

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital, content, events, and other relevant channels.
