Position Overview: The Implementation Project Manager leads the complete Launch Phase of the Client Journey, from contract through go-live. This role combines project management discipline with cross-functional coordination to deliver Veriforce’s best-in-breed solutions on time and in scope. Acting as the central point of execution, the Implementation Project Manager ensures client needs are met through clear planning, effective communication, and a focus on long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Ownership & Delivery Leadership:
    • Own end-to-end implementation projects, from contract signature through go-live, ensuring delivery is on time, in scope, and aligned to client success criteria.
    • Serve as the accountable leader for project planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and client communication.
    • Build and maintain detailed project plans, manage task assignments, and ensure all milestones are met.
    • Facilitate internal and external project meetings with clear agendas, actions, and follow-through.
    • Monitor project health, track KPIs, and proactively resolve blockers or scope changes to maintain project momentum.
    • Ensure successful handoff to Customer Success following go-live, with appropriate documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Requirements Discovery & Documentation:
    • Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand client objectives, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Translate client inputs into clear, actionable business requirements, process workflows, and use cases.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with platform capabilities and compliance standards.
    • Own and maintain comprehensive documentation that supports configuration, development, and future client reference.
  • Solution Configuration & Collaboration:
    • Guide the configuration of Veriforce’s best-in-breed solutions to meet client needs while ensuring system scalability and data integrity.
    • Partner closely with internal teams—including Sales, Product, Engineering, Configuration, and SMEs—to design and validate the solution.
    • Participate in testing and review cycles to confirm that solutions meet business requirements and client expectations.
  • Execution, Communication & Client Enablement:
    • Deliver clear, timely communication to clients and internal teams, keeping all parties informed and engaged throughout the project.
    • Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary to maintain project stability.
    • Conduct enablement activities such as knowledge transfer, basic training coordination, and documentation delivery to prepare clients for long-term success.
    • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience & Skills:
    • 3+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
    • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation through completion.
    • Strong client-facing communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and solution plans.
    • PMP or similar project management certifications preferred but not required.
