Inside Sales Representative

Veriforce is growing, and we're looking for exceptional new talent to join our Inside Sales team! We provide excellent training, competitive compensation, and monthly commissions.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Provide a clear, compelling, and articulate explanation of our business value to prospective customers.
  • Validate customer concerns, handle questions, and secure their business.
  • Exhibit excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions.
  • Partner closely with Inside Sales colleagues and other internal partners to develop a thorough understanding of our products, benefits, and future enhancements.
  • Learn and utilize a diverse set of technology tools to support your win rate.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.
  • Prioritize and manage time and tasks effectively.
  • Bring a sense of fun to work every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
  • Engage in high-volume outbound sales: Make 55-60 outbound calls daily to warm leads.
  • Close sales and achieve regular quotas.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects and opportunities.
  • Build your pipeline.
  • Have a strong phone presence.
  • Nurture and build relationships with customers.

Your Qualifications

  • Bilingual English and Spanish (Preferred) 
  • High School diploma.
  • 1-2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Consistent record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales telephony systems and Salesforce is a plus.
