Inside Sales Representative (English & Mandarin)

Veriforce is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Renewal Subscription Representative who is fluent in English and Mandarin for the night shift (an 8-hour shift starting at 6pm or 7pm CST). This position offers the opportunity to join our dynamic and expanding organization within a rapidly growing industry.  

Our renewals team is the inside sales driving force dedicated to activating new customers, renewing existing ones, and assisting customers with meeting compliance goals within our system.  As a member of our renewals team, your mission is to expand and retain the number of contractors using our platform through a seamless activation and an effective renewal process. 

A crucial part of your responsibilities will be handling objections. As with any sales role, you will encounter resistance from customers at times. Your success in this area will come from partnering with our internal teams to find collaborative solutions that address concerns and secure renewals. This requires you to be proactive in driving value by seeking opportunities to educate, inform, and enhance their overall experience with Veriforce. By doing so, you will not only meet your sales targets but also contribute to the long-term satisfaction and retention of our customer base. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Renew and retain our existing customers' software subscription. 
  • Close sales and achieve regular quotas 
  • Maintain your database of prospects and opportunities 
  • Have a strong phone presence 
  • Nurture and build relationships with customers 
  • Maximize customer retention rates through effective sales techniques over the phone and email while also minimizing customer churn and contraction.
  • Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained.
  • You validate customer concerns, handle questions, and secure their business.
  • You have excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions.
  • You will partner closely with your Inside Sales colleagues, as well as other internal partners, as you develop a thorough understanding of our products, benefits, and future enhancements.
  • You will learn a diverse set of technological tools to support your win rate.
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.
  • You will prioritize and manage time and tasks effectively.
  • You bring a sense of fun to work every day.

You’ll Bring These Key Attributes

  • Fluent in speaking/writing in English and Mandarin
  • 1 – 2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred 
  • Proven track record of success with meeting and exceeding quota 
  • Consistent record of providing excellent customer service 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales telephony systems and Salesforce is a plus 
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics 
  • Able to effectively communicate with managers and other team members 
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
  • Organizational and time-management skills 
  • Decision-making skills 
  • You have a high sense of urgency and persistence 
  • Strongly positive attitude with a mindset for finding solutions and ways to win
