VP of Product – Intelligent Platform Strategy

The VP of Product – Intelligent Platform Strategy is a senior product leader responsible for building and delivering the intelligent capabilities and internal systems that enable Veriforce to scale with precision, speed, and customer impact. This leader owns the product roadmap for embedding machine learning, automation, and decisioning systems into the Veriforce platform—ensuring our solutions are smarter, faster, and more valuable across all user types and geographies.

This role also leads the strategic product management of internal platforms—such as Salesforce and related service enablement tools—that intersect with our delivery model. These systems are critical to how we support clients, onboard contractors, and scale operations globally. This VP plays a key role in how Veriforce transforms complexity into intelligent product experiences and scalable service delivery.

This role works cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Intelligence, Experience & Delivery, Regional Leadership, and GTM teams to ensure our intelligent platform investments unlock measurable value for both customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

AI, Automation & Data-Driven Product Capabilities

  • Own the product roadmap for embedding intelligent features—including ML models, rules engines, and smart workflows—across the Veriforce platform
  • Prioritize automation use cases that reduce friction, improve accuracy, and accelerate time-to-value for customers
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Intelligence to identify, validate, and deliver AI-powered features that improve retention, engagement, and operational insight

Data as a Product Asset

  • Define how customer and operational data is structured, surfaced, and visualized within the platform
  • Drive product experiences that turn compliance and credential data into actionable, easy-to-use insights for end users
  • Work with GTM and Client Success teams to ensure data visibility and reporting support business outcomes across regions

Internal Platform Strategy (Salesforce & Systems)

  • Own the product roadmap for internal systems—such as Salesforce—where they connect directly to customer onboarding, support, and delivery
  • Partner with Product Operations, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort through smart system design
  • Ensure internal platforms are productized and scalable, supporting service delivery across multiple regions and customer types

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Serve as a connective tissue between innovation, platform delivery, and operational scale
  • Collaborate closely with other Product VPs to integrate intelligent platform services into broader customer workflows
  • Support change management, adoption, and rollout for internal system enhancements and AI-driven capabilities

Key Outcomes (First 12–18 Months)

  • Deliver and operationalize 2–3 intelligent product features that improve user outcomes through automation or machine learning
  • Launch platform enhancements that transform internal data into customer-facing insight and reporting
  • Reduce internal service delivery effort and cycle time through system-level automation (e.g., Salesforce-driven onboarding or support flows)
  • Establish a clear product roadmap and delivery structure for internal platform ownership
  • Define metrics and reporting for automation, ML, and platform scale initiatives

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on platform capabilities, AI/ML, or systems integration
  • Proven success delivering automation and intelligent capabilities that enhance both customer experience and internal efficiency
  • Experience owning Salesforce or comparable internal platforms from a product perspective
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, workflow systems, and productized infrastructure
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
  • Experience operating in PE-backed or scale-stage SaaS organizations strongly preferred
