Associate Product Manager, Systems Applications

The Associate Product Manager, Systems Applications will play a key role in supporting the strategy, roadmap, and performance of Veriforce’s back-office systems - primarily Salesforce, Zuora, and Microsoft Dynamics, along with other internal platforms critical to service delivery, customer support, and operational efficiency. 

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated product professional to gain experience in enterprise systems, AI/ML-enabled workflows, and process automation. Working closely with the Product Manager, Systems Applications, you’ll help ensure our internal platforms are scalable, productized, and aligned with Veriforce’s intelligent platform strategy—reducing manual effort, improving data quality, and accelerating value delivery. 

What that means day-to-day:

Platform Support & Roadmap Execution

Assist in managing the roadmap for Salesforce, Zuora, and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring priorities align with business needs.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Admin, Operations) to deliver system enhancements, including AI/ML-powered workflows.

Document feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria under guidance of the Product Manager.

User Research & Insights

Act as the voice of internal users by gathering feedback from GTM, Customer Success, and operational teams.

Analyze opportunities to leverage AI/ML to automate tasks, streamline reporting, and improve workflows.

Support stakeholder workshops, user testing, and post-launch feedback collection.

Execution & Delivery


Work with Engineering and Admin teams to test, validate, and release enhancements across Salesforce, Zuora, and Dynamics.

Partner with analytics teams to ensure system-generated data supports business and customer insights.

Support rollout and adoption activities, including training, documentation, and communications.

Change Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration


Collaborate with Product Operations, Commercial, and Customer Success to ensure new features are adopted and delivering value.

Support enablement efforts, especially in driving adoption of AI-powered and automated features.

Help track and report on system performance, usage, and efficiency metrics.

 Key Outcomes (First 12–18 Months)

Support the migration of contractor management workflows from Dynamics to Salesforce, working alongside senior Product Management and Business stakeholders. 

Contribute to delivery of system enhancements that incorporate AI/ML to reduce manual effort and improve data quality. 

Help launch automated workflows that accelerate cycle times and increase team productivity. 

Assist in the development of dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into operational performance. 

Build foundational product management skills while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise systems and intelligent automation. 

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or system administration 
  • Salesforce experience  
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Zuora, or Microsoft Dynamics; prior hands-on experience a plus. 
  • Interest in AI/ML, workflow automation, and process optimization. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into requirements. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with eagerness to learn from senior product leaders and cross-functional partners. 
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or PE-backed environments a plus, but not required.
