Partnerships Account Manager

Remote

Title: Partnerships Account Manager
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Director of Marketing

About Us

Veri MedTech is a healthcare technology company and parent to Veriheal Inc., a leading platform connecting patients with medical cannabis doctors. We build powerful, mutually beneficial relationships with cannabis businesses: we direct patients to our trusted partners, and they direct patients to us for our private, dignified, and easy consultations with our trusted cannabis doctors. Once those relationships are established, we offer a variety of marketing services to assist these cannabis businesses in reaching their audience and sharing their message.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Partnerships Account Manager to join our team. This role is part account management and part business development. You will take over an existing book of business, nurturing and strengthening relationships with current dispensary partners, but you will also be tasked with identifying and securing new partnerships, as well as selling our additional marketing and branding services to our partners.  This position will report directly to our Marketing Manager, and work 40 hours per week remotely. This is a Contract to Hire position, where the initial hire will hold a contractor's relationship with Veri MedTech, and the opportunity shift into a W2 employee upon demonstrated success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of dispensary accounts, ensuring strong relationships and mutual value.

  • Upsell services to current clients, increasing engagement and revenue opportunities.

  • Research, prospect, and secure new dispensary partnerships to expand our referral network.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Support) to support partners’ growth.

  • Track all activities, pipeline, and results in the CRM system.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the medical cannabis industry landscape.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of sales, partnerships, or account management experience (cannabis industry experience strongly preferred).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and voracious mentality when both “hunting” for new business and “farming” existing relationships.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team.

  Compensation Structure

  • Base Stipend: $5-$7 per hour base rate, with uncapped commission.

  • Commission: 15% commission on revenue Partnership referrals & services.

  • Earnings Potential: At $5-$7/hour base + 15% commission, strong performers can expect competitive take-home pay while growing their book of business.

  • Support Provided:

    • A pre-established book of business to manage and grow.

    • Access to email outreach tools and support for lead generation.

    • Training and guidance from leadership.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
