Senior Marketing Specialist – Veri MedTech

Overview:

Veri MedTech is a leading healthcare technology organization, the parent to Veriheal and Dosepop. Through Dosepop, we provide patients with private and dignified access to qualified physicians to discuss their individual medical needs. Through Veriheal, we are able to do the same for patients who are interested in potentially pursuing medical cannabis. We believe in removing stigma, shame, and inaccessibility from medicine for people everywhere. 

The Senior Marketing Specialist will support marketing initiatives across Veriheal and Doespop, ensuring both brands maintain a strong, cohesive presence in their respective industries. This position requires a highly collaborative approach, working closely with the Marketing Director, Content Team, and Sales team to execute campaigns, optimize marketing strategies, and track engagement trends.

This role will focus on project management, social media research and implementation, content optimization, and reporting, helping to refine marketing efforts and ensure that all initiatives align with the company’s overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Marketing Execution

  • Assist in managing marketing projects by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and deliverables in collaboration with the Marketing Director, Content Team, and Ads Manager.
  • Work closely with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure all campaign assets align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain and update the marketing project calendar, tracking ongoing and upcoming campaigns across both brands.
  • Support content and campaign execution by gathering necessary information, reviewing marketing materials, and ensuring alignment with the company’s voice and goals.

Social Strategy, Reporting & Implementation

  • Conduct research on social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies, sharing insights with the team to execute strategy shifts.
  • Develop social media strategies that align with business goals, ensuring all plans are approved by the Marketing Director before execution.
  • Work with the Content Team to create and optimize social media content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor engagement across social platform
  • Provide a weekly social media report summarizing performance metrics, engagement trends, and emerging topics in lifestyle, culture, and telemedicine.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, sharing key insights with the marketing team to inform future content and advertising strategies.

 

Cross-Brand Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Ads Manager to refine marketing campaigns that effectively target key audience segments for both Veriheal and Doespop.
  • Develop messaging and creative assets that align with brand positioning.
  • Provide research and recommendations on paid and organic marketing opportunities, ensuring all strategies are aligned with team goals before implementation.
  • Support the content planning process, helping to ensure blog, website, and social media materials are optimized for engagement and conversions.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track and analyze marketing performance data on marketing and advertisement campaigns.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports that outline key performance indicators, campaign results, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct research on consumer trends in lifestyle, culture, and telemedicine, summarizing findings for the marketing team to incorporate into content and advertising efforts.
  • Participate in A/B testing discussions, sharing insights with the team to improve content and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the digital and content teams to optimize SEO, engagement, and lead generation strategies.

Email Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning, writing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the email marketing team.
  • Support the creation of automated email sequences, ensuring messaging is aligned with user journeys and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Ads Manager to integrate email strategies with paid marketing campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and present findings in weekly marketing reports.
  • Collaborate with the writers and content Team to ensure email content is engaging, aligned with brand tone, and supports broader marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in A/B testing email subject lines, CTAs, and layouts to determine best-performing elements and optimize campaigns accordingly.
