  • Evaluate market demand, competitive landscape, and buyer personas within healthcare, life sciences, pharma, wellness, and research sectors.

Product Management & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Partner closely with engineering and data teams to define requirements for data platforms, pipelines, lakehouse architectures, and analytics tooling.
  • Establish KPIs to measure product success, revenue performance, and customer adoption.

Compliance, Privacy & Governance

  • Ensure all data monetization efforts comply with HIPAA, applicable state privacy laws, and internal governance standards.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and security teams to define data anonymization, aggregation, and risk mitigation frameworks.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ethical and compliant healthcare data commercialization.

Sales Enablement & Partnerships

  • Support business development and sales efforts by articulating data product value propositions to prospective buyers.
  • Participate in buyer conversations, deal structuring, and partner negotiations as needed.
  • Help develop sales collateral, product documentation, and technical overviews for external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, data strategy, or analytics-focused roles.
  • Demonstrated experience monetizing data products, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, health tech, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms (data lakes, lakehouse architectures, APIs, analytics pipelines).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, market-ready products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience selling or licensing healthcare data to external buyers.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, de-identification standards, and healthcare privacy frameworks.
  • Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or platform-based business models.
  • Experience working with startups or high-growth companies.

Compensation & Structure

  • Competitive salary  or commission / hybrid compensation structure.
  • Opportunity to play a foundational role in building a new revenue vertical across Veri MedTech’s platform ecosystem.
  • High visibility and direct collaboration with executive leadership.

Why Join Veri MedTech Holdings

  • Build and own a data monetization function from the ground up.
  • Work with unique, high-value healthcare and wellness datasets across multiple platforms.
  • Flexible structure with significant upside potential.
  • Make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing alternative wellness healthcare ecosystem.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
