The SME Lead will oversee the technical execution of the Blue Mountain RAM Calibration Manager implementation, ensuring alignment with the client’s operational goals and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance on BMRAM Calibration Manager configuration and deployment
  • Collaborate with client and Blue Mountain teams to address technical issues
  • Support data migration strategies and system integration efforts
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and best practices
  • Input asset information, work plan templates, and measurement data into BMRAM
  • Validate data accuracy and completeness through quality checks
  • Collaborate with the team resolve data discrepancies
  • Designing Software Implementation and Management plans
  • Lead in the management of software systems (both on-premises and cloud-based solutions)
  • Maintaining (and ensuring the team maintains) clear, detailed records of qualification and validation, and change control activities for future compliance audits
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in asset management systems, with expertise in BMRAM required
  • Ability to mentor and guide lesser experienced team member
  • Ability to communicate effectively with client
  • Proven ability to identify areas of business expansion and report to management team for follow-up

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
