Senior Project Manager / Lead CQV Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 7 through final commissioning execution - Installation Qualification (IQ) / Operational Qualification (OQ) author and execution, and some Performance Qualification (PQ)
- Actively consult clients on regulatory validation processes and standard industry acceptable practices
- Support validation audits and large-scale remediation efforts
- Act as subject matter expert in all areas of system compliance and validation
- Direct experience managing all phases of capital equipment procurement, installation, and validation
Requirements:
- Strong leadership capabilities required
- Demonstrated delivery of Senior Validation Engineer level requirements
- Capability to deliver on the Validation SME responsibilities
- Industry expert on validation principles
- Capable of delivering industry lectures and trainings on applicable experiences
- Capable of identifying, proposing, and selling Verista services to clients
- Onsite job requirement in Bloomington, IN

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice.
