About the job: This position will require you to oversee the entire Client Care team.  You’ll be responsible for all aspects of client experience, client communication, and managing all job responsibilities of the client care team. 
 
How you'll make a difference
  • Work at the direction of the Client Experience Manager to ensure consistent delivery of the highest level of customer service
  • Assist with resolving client disputes
  • Ensure a positive experience for those in our lobby
  • Ensuring high quality phone edict 
  • Working closely with the Client Experience Manager when hiring new staff members
  • Training new employees
  • Help to create and maintain an overall smooth running client care experience
What you will bring
  • Experience working in a veterinary clinic required
  • Experience working in a specialty practice preferred, but not required
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Experience with EzyVet is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of handling staff schedules
  • Handling of employee reviews
  • Effective techniques for employee conflict resolution
  • Approving timecards, scheduling at the direction of the Client Experience Manager

 

Schedule: Tuesday 11:00am - 9:00pm, Thursday through Saturday 11:00am - 9:00pm

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 an hour

Base Pay

$25 - $30 USD
