Overview
Veritas Veterinary Partners, a leading and growing network of specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals, seeks a dynamic HR Project Manager to support our operations with truth and trust. Built on a commitment to exceptional care and fostering opportunity for veterinary professionals, this role will collaborate closely with hospital leadership and the broader HR team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance teammate experience across our national network. The HR Project Manager will play a key role in aligning HR operations with Veritas’s vision to deliver the highest standard of veterinary care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR projects from initiation through execution, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs such as onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys, and DEI initiatives.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, and report progress to HR leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions across HR operations.
- Support change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, policy updates, and system implementations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between HR, hospital leadership, and corporate functions.
- Maintain documentation and dashboards to monitor project outcomes and impact.
- Assist in vendor management and coordination for HR-related tools and services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or HR certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in HR project management or related HR operations role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with employment law, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site organizations is a plus.
Schedule - Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary - Annual salary of $100,000 to $120,000, based on experience

Base Pay
$100,000 - $120,000 USD
